ohmygosh.

I ran in the rain this morning.... so. amazing.

But, my body right now is like, WHY did you do this to me?!

I got much more of a work-out running outside than I did on a treadmill.

I don't really like running outside, except this morning. 

We'll see if I go back to the treadmill or not.....
